Multitouch “Skin” that Transforms Surfaces into Interactive Screens

email

Displax, a Portugal-based technology company, has developed a thinner-than-paper polymer film that can be applied to a surface, converting it into a touchscreen display. Known as Displax Multitouch Technology or “film”, this new technology can be applied to any surface regardless of its shape (flat/curved) or building material. The skin is said to work equally well on conductive surfaces as well as non-conductive surfaces such as wood or plastic.
