New 3DN Authors: How to use your Picasa Albums

Originally I intended this 3DN blog to be about computer technology. There is however not a single argument against putting any technology contents on here. So I figured, photography is also technology and I decided to create a photography section in here. It’s also quite handy to have illustrated slide shows to accompany your technical document.

I am personally a rather big fan of the Big G, also known as Google! I’ve been using Google’s Picasa for some time now and after I installed this wordpress engine on my server, I’ve been wondering if I could somehow embed Picasa albums inside wordpress. So using Google, ironically, I found the Picasna plugin for wordpress (yes the spelling is correct).

The picasna plugin has it’s own website with it’s own documentation. I suggest reading it and following the instructions on the site to add your own Picasa slides to your articles. In this article, you get the opportunity to watch a slide show of my racing experience.
